Mark House is a licensed Architect with over 25 years of experience working in Southern California residential home design. In 2015, he founded House Design Architects. This new design firm grew from the roots of his first company -  House and Dodge Design which he co-founded in 1998.

He finds his work interesting as every client, program, and property is different and yields a unique architectural result reflective of the client.

Scott M. Grunst has been practicing architecture in San Diego, Ca since 1983, and has owned his own business since 1991. He is a licensed architect, and general contractor specializing in high-end custom residential homes in all styles, between 5,000 and 20,000 square feet, with a North County focus. His office is in the Fairbanks Plaza in Rancho Santa Fe, California, giving his primary North County clients close accessibility and individual attention. This innovative architect is known for his ability to implement his clients’ design expectations into plans that are creative yet realistic.
